Coulrophobia is actually amazing for slugging, I use it in my Doctor build in combination with Distressing, Thana and Infectious Fright. If you have as much map awareness as Otz you might as well switch the last one out for Dark Devotion, though. And of course use Calm Add-Ons if you can. Trust me, it gets you games like this one all the time, they are constantly stressed and make impulsive decicions. It's an absolute bullybuild even without much gen control. Especially because they will underestimate you hard until they realize what playstyle this build is actually going for.
