They’re always opposite ends if the map with buildings and objects innetween obscuring your view. Very disappointed in this tier list Midwich: “survivors will have an easier time manoeuvring for saves” Are you kidding? To go up or down or get to certain rooms its normally a 5 minute detour

midwich can become a nightmare against gen rushing survivors who do gens no matter what. you hear them working upstairs or downstairs and there's not enough time to stop them. also, i'd take haddonfield over rotten fields any day. rotten fields is the absolute WORST map in the whole game. i honestly can't wait until the farm map reworks. that map holds the record for my personal most DCs when playing killer. also, post- rework The Game is probably more of a survivor sided map now with the amount of pallets. i played a match with spirit fury + enduring + brutal strength and ate SOOOO many pallets and there were STILL more pallets left when they got all the gens done. every survivor i chased dropped pallets instantly or even camped them without looping so yeah in my book that's a survivor map when bad survivors can escape.

The thing I disagree with the most is Coal Tower and the Silent Hill maps. Coal tower is more in the middle IMO, and SH is still killer sided, but a bit less.

Hawkins and Lery's are my faves, which makes sense cause I main Wraith, Ghostface, and Myers. Stalky boi hours.

I honestly always have the best time as a survivor on Midwich, but I think that must come from the fact that I played it as killer so much and have memorised the whole map at this point so finding gens is never an issue personally

There are some tricks to find gens on hawkins. Look out for doors which try to open

I think The Game and Midwich are both survivor sided - due to the abundance of pallets/the impossibility to navigate well - the thing I'd say negates this perception is average players aren't able to utilise these flaws in map design to their advantage, when I play The Game people don't seem to know where the pallets are, even though there's 10+ pallets you're forced to kick - whereas it is much easier to utilise a map that's huge with strong resources such as Mother's Dwelling/Disturbed Ward main naturally. I'd still say Azarov's is outright killer sided, I could also justify the swamp maps both being moved one tier towards survivor sided, I'd also say new Thouse is clearly more killer sided than Rancid, so I'd do a direct swap there, seems mostly agreeable though

The reality is this. I spent 3 months going through OtzDarva games on twitch and did the math. This is a breakdown of the 3 things he does the most to secure a win. These 3 things mind you requires no skill to do. Tunneling -72% of all games, ProxiCamping (Radius camping) - 89% of all games, and finally returning to freshly pulled hooks - 91% of all games played. If you have the time pay the mind.

Could not disagree more on dead dawg saloon. Strongest stealth map in the entire game for survivors, with plenty of strong loops. I don't even think that map is killer SIDED, let alone the strongest killer map in the game. As well, for Haddonfield, I think you should have gone more in depth about one killer in particular - the Trapper. Haddonfield is the strongest map in the game for Trapper, easily. He has SO MANY good ways to abuse the hell out of his power on the map. Traps on top of the stairs where survivors can't see them. Traps outside windows you know damn well survivors will jump into. Traps in those narrow little corridors survivors are going to try and loop you around a building which have great grass in them. Multiple potential one-sided generators Trapper can block off using just one trap. Insane 3gen potential on the map for Trapper. I pray to get this map as Trapper. I burn offerings to get this map as Trapper. I don't know if the map being insanely good for one killer is enough to move it up or down the tier list, but I really think you should have gone more in depth on that particular topic.

As far as I understand it, the swamp maps have item spawns everywhere because they are totem dedicated maps, they were made for the Hag.

I mean, Haddonfield is pain on pc but have you ever played in mobile Haddonfield? the house in the middle has 4 windows, 2 on each size and all are open, creating the Infinity loop. if you aren´t killer like PHead, Trapper or Hag, you have no chance to won this loop. it´s the most broken shit from all of the loops and devs are not doing anything about it.

I like to play on killer, but I hate "most killer sided maps". On dead dawg saloon and midwich you can't easily get to gen, which you need to defend, playing on non-mobile killers. On Hawkins, Gideon and Lery's institute you can't use your power, when you playing on Blight, Hillbilly and Demorgon(his dash). I think open-field maps more better.(like Coal Tower, which isn't so big and at the same time is open-field map)
