Hypothetically, couldnt it be even faster if cheryl got the on-hit speed boost? So lets say same things, but someone else triggers the serum right before finishing the heal which in turn lets cheryl take a hit from the clown while hes carrying dwight.

Cant you be 99% healed and get the serum and healed by someone else so you can get hit by him for after hit speed?

i love that survivors are actually the fastest characters in the game, in terms of absolute maximum speed lol, it's like ultimate irony to me that the killers with their actually crazy powers and lore are still created to be technically slower than survivors in certain situations lmao.

tbh blood pact and break out only boost u within certain radius so it doesnt help much. andrenaline, sprint burst and taking a hit give more boost than those 2 perks
